Founded in 1972, Shree Steel Wire Ropes Ltd. has evolved from its roots as a family-managed business into a renowned industry player known for quality, resilience and reliability. Officially incorporated in 1996, we became a public listed company in 1994. The company achieved several early milestones, including five consecutive Export Excellence Awards from the Government of India (1991–1996) for our outstanding contributions to international trade.
In 1997, the visionary leadership of Mr. Lachmandas Sajnani marked a new era for the company. With fresh capital and advanced wire rope machinery imported from Belgium, the company upgraded its capabilities, setting new standards for in-house production efficiency. Continuing this legacy, Mr. Anil L. Sajnani, the second generation, introduced a fully operational foundry dedicated to producing casting items for railways and further enhanced manufacturing speed and precision by integrating CNC technology.

Today, Shree Steel Wire Ropes Ltd. proudly enters its third generation of leadership with Mr. Aryan Anil Sajnani, who brings modern perspectives and global insights. Since joining in 2023, Aryan has revitalised our export capabilities, reinstating our IEC license and expanding our presence into sectors such as agriculture, automotive, solar and infrastructure. Under his progressive leadership, the company has embraced digital transformation, including the digitisation of inventory management and the launch of our digital marketing initiatives to enhance our global identity.
Being a major supplier to prestigious clients including the Indian Railways, Port Trusts, ONGC, Oil India, the Department of Atomic Energy and more, we serve a diverse range of industries, from engineering, mining, construction, deep-sea exploration to natural disaster protection.
