In pre-forming, we shape wires and strands into their final helical structure, enhancing handling ease and minimising stress within the rope. Post-forming ensures each wire rope exits production smooth, firm and perfectly rounded, ready to withstand the toughest applications.
For specialised components like aluminium, bronze and copper castings, we employ advanced quality checks, including die penetration, spectrometer analysis and radiography examination, ensuring each component meets exacting standards.
